Group CrossFit Classes

By far the most common in any CrossFit gym. There is nothing more motivating than a group of people working together to achieve a common goal. A CrossFit Trainer is assigned to every group class to go over movement techniques and motivate you to finish strong. Better Body Bootcamp

Have you been away from the fitness scene for a while or simply never stepped in it? Better Body Bootcamp is for those who are serious about reaching their fitness goals but know they need the personal attention to do so. B3 focuses on a lot of the same movements traditional CrossFit does however many of the barbell and other weight lifting exercises are substituted for functional movements solely using body weight.
