They come from a variety of athletic and professional backgrounds, but all share a genuine enthusiasm for the sport as well as their students.

Fitness in 100 Words

Eat meat and vegetables, nuts and seeds, some fruit, little starch, and no sugar. Keep intake to levels that will support exercise but not body fat. Practice and train all major lifts: deadlift, clean, squat, presses, C&J/snatch. Similarly, master the basics of gymnastics: pull-ups, dips, rope climb, push-ups, sit-ups, presses to handstand, pirouettes, flips, splits, and holds. Bike, run, swim, row, etc, hard and fast. Five to Six days per week mix these elements in as many combinations and
patterns as creativity will allow. Routine is the enemy. Keep workouts short and intense. Regularly learn and play new sports.

your fitness level? CrossFit Palm Bay solves these common problems by equipping you with a certified coach every workout. To keep your body
guessing, you will never do the same workout twice over a course of a month. If you take any of our boot camps or group classes receive double the motivation by having an instant team there to motivate you to go above and beyond every class.

Find Your Inner Athlete

You may be thinking, why do I need to train like a pro athlete? The truth is, being fit can help us perform better at our jobs, but also in our everyday lives. Your fitness needs and the needs of say an Olympic Athlete differ only by degree, not by kind. We all need to have cardiovascular and respiratory endurance, stamina, strength,
flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance, and accuracy. We at CrossFit Palm Bay work exclusively with compound movements and shorter high-intensity cardiovascular sessions. So CrossFit workouts are usually shorter in duration yet more effective at dialing in the desired fitness result than say the traditional single joint, isolated and restrictive movement workouts you typically find at

“big box” gyms.

Track Progress

The WOD (Work Out of the Day) is posted on the board before each workout. The WOD outlines the different movements, weight load and
quantity of repetitions for those days prescribed workout. Easily track your gains by logging your workouts and comparing your completion times
and weight used compared to identical workouts performed in previous months. We know the progress that most people get excited about here
at CrossFit Palm Bay is when they start noticing how much better they look and feel.
