There is no sales pressure to sign up and NO CONTRACTS!! PAY AS YOU GO!!…We are a personal training facility, so every time you walk through the door you get personal attention! We provide the instruction and equipment, all you need to do is show up, have a goal in mind, and be willing to work hard toward your goal. Every workout is scaled to each clients fitness level, whether its personal training or group classes. So you don't need any previous experience in order to do CrossFit workouts.
*FOUNDATIONS*
$30 each session
ALL NEW MEMBERS wanting to participate in open gym or group classes are required to take 3 foundations sessions. "Foundations" is your introduction into the CrossFit Methodology. During each of these sessions, a trainer will work with you to teach you proper form and techniques that are the "Foundation" movements of CrossFit. Satisfactory completion of the "Foundations" sessions will be your first step toward achieving your fitness goals via personal training or group classes.
Drop In- $12/visit Come in anytime for a great work out. Great for those with schedules or lifestyles that only permit occasional fitness training. Personal attention/ Peer Counseling included. Foundations required.
Punch Cards- $100/card good for 10 visits, expires in 45 days. Great for the weekend warrior or a great way to check out Crossfit at your leisure.. also good the person that wants to mix Crossfit with sports, or who wants to train in a specific discipline of CrossFit, like Olympic weightlifting. Personal attention/ Peer counseling included. Foundations required.

CROSSFIT PALM BAY RATES-
When looking at our rates think about this.... for what you would pay for just 1 hour of training at a typical gym, you will get an entire month of Premiere Personalized Training at CrossFit Palm Bay!!!!
1)Total package- 100.00/month Complete package that requires the "Foundations" program. You can train anytime our doors are open. This means part of W.O.D. group or Open Gym. Also includes your nutritional counseling and prescribed workouts designed just for you. Great for those new to fitness training, those with special needs and those with medical or post surgical issues.
2) Group Fitness Packageage- $75/month A daily pre-determined "Workout Of the Day" designed to include all the Crossfit principals. This is a 3 days a week program great for those not proficient with Crossfit principles and that need some direction in their fitness endeavors... most common format for an all around fitness approach... scalable to each persons level of fitness, Personal attention/ Peer Counseling included, available only during WOD Group; see schedule page for hours.

BOOTCAMPS- we offer specialized BootCamps for those seeking to get in shape but may be a little shy or unsure of what we can do for them. These classes are private, structured, and designed for those new to fitness training, and to the fitness veteran that may just need a tune-up. Bootcamps also work great those who are curious but not familiar to CrossFit. This is real CrossFit training, which by nature makes it intense, effective, varied, and of course it includes personal attention. These classes are designed to get you in shape with short intense group sessions so you can still enjoy your day.
- "Bridal" BootCamp: bring the Bride, the Groom and the whole wedding party for fun interactive fitness training. Scheduled around your time frame. Short, intense, group fitness training designed to get everyone in shape. Wait to alter those suits and dresses, and we make sure you will feel good about those wedding photos. But most important start your new lives out together with a fitness regimen in place.
-"New Baby" BootCamp: come on in and get on a path to getting your " Before I had my baby" body back. Short, intense, and focused training sessions get you back in great shape and does not keep you away from the baby too long.
