This is the workout and pics from the "DYLEN-ger". DYLEN himself came out and really inspired everyone to go harder. Here is the workout:

100m weighted carry (KettleBell / sandbags 35-50lbs)
50 jumping lunges then
100m weighted carry
75 Tsunami waves then
100m weighted carry
100 KettleBell swings then
100m weighted carry

400m sprint (not weighted)

An update on DYLEN... His treatment have shown some positive results so far. He still needs to undergo several more weeks, possibly months of treatments, so lets keep him in our prayers and thoughts.
